Job DescriptionOffice Manager - Entry Level A highly successful multi-disciplined Architecture & Engineering Firm in Northern Catskills is looking for an Entry Level Office Manager to join the team. This is a fast-paced and fast-growing company experiencing unprecedented growth in the region. The role of the Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administrative tasks within the office, ensuring its smooth operation by managing schedules, handling office supplies, greeting visitors, managing budgets, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of professional experience and strong communication and organizational skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a team-driven environment along with some of the best in the business! Location: This will be an on-site office position Monday-Friday at the company headquarters. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless administrative support to staff and executives including mail distribution, document preparation, and filing.
- Meet deadlines and implement office policies.
- Oversee communication support including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and internal communication.
- Maintain scheduling and calendar management including meeting coordination, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies including inventory tracking.
- Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep.
- Planning and organizing company events and conferences.

- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Efficient analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and maintain confidentiality.
