Job Description:

A client of Insight Global in Sarasota, FL is seeking an office manager to join their team of 4 members in the facilities department. This person will be handling construction office manager like tasks i.e. operations in the office, invoices, POs, reviewing proposals and assigning them to the correct POC in the office, reviewing invoices to ensure there are no mistakes, reviewing utility bills & paying them, processing invoices, ensuring invoices are paid, scanning invoices over to finance dept, tracking fuel management on campus, etc. The ideal person will have their own inbox for incoming and outgoing emails - majority of these emails will be a request for reviewing all GMP's (guaranteed max project) and you must route the GMP to the correct person in the office. This role is onsite, x5 days a week, working 8-4:30 PM.
