Office Manager at HUB Enterprises, a subsidiary of American Security & Investigations

Location: Pascagoula, MS

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 40 total hours a week

* Two years + experience in office administration

* Human Resources Experience preferred

* Excellent computer skills

* Microsoft application fluency, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

* Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Requirements:

Pascagoula Office Manager manages the daily operations for the Branch office. Some of the assigned duties:

* Responsible for recruiting staff and providing orientation to new employees

* Onboarding, scheduling

* Maintain required license/compliance for staff as per contract

* Perform assigned duties as directed by Security Operations Coordinator

* Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data

Job Description:

A Federal, State, and Local background check will be conducted to prove a clean background.

All candidates will be required to pass a physical, initial drug testing.
