An energy company is looking to hire an Office Manager. This person must be professional, hard-working, and personable. This role requires experience with Paycom and QuickBooks, as well as HR experience. They are looking to interview and hire ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor management
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Manage office supplies/inventory
- Process payroll
Requirements:
- Experience with Paycom and QuickBooks
- 4+ years of Office Manager experience
- Must be able to multi-task
