Job Purpose:Provide leadership and support to all members in Receptionist office, liaison for Prescriber(s) and monitor productivity and ensure office functions efficiently. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Office management experience and healthcare technology preferred.
- Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience preferred.
- Ability to perform basic office needs.
Core Job Duties:
- Manage and monitor activities of Receptionist staff.
- Provide training, coaching and correcting to Receptionist staff when needed.
- Provide problem solving, special request and issue resolution.
- Manage and monitor productivity of Prescriber(s).
- Manage and monitor office supplies and budget.
- Work closely with Clinical Manager using efficient and cost-effective approaches to ensure clinic runs efficiently.
- Manage and conduct Health and Safety drills and inspections.
- Answer phone calls, voicemails, letters and other correspondences appropriately.
- Coordinating a variety of office activities and meetings.
- Acting as first point of call for office related issues and concerns.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of diagnostic criteria sets for substance use and/or mental disorders.
- Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.
- Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency's certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.
- Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.
- Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
