Office Manager Opportunity in Minnesota

Ultimate Staffing Services is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their client's team in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to manage office operations efficiently while supporting the overall team dynamics.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, information management, and filing systems.
  • Assist with HR activities as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Oversee safety protocols of the plant and act as a first responder when issues arise.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer phone calls, emails, and complaints.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Ensure cleanliness and follow health and safety guidelines in the work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide direct administrative support, including scheduling, booking travel, maintaining filing systems, and more.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate vendor relationships.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.), equivalent, or two to four years of office manager experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration skills with a customer service-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Detail-oriented, consistent, with a strong work ethic, and takes pride in work.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software necessary to complete logs of records.
  • Ability to perform basic math, reading, and writing.
Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, First Shift

Compensation:

Pay range: $28 - $32 per hour
