The RoleWe're looking for apassionate and empathetic Office Manager to join us. You'll be working to help bring training and care to real families. Your role is to handle the day-to-day operations of our office in Denver, as well as of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program. In this role, you will:
  • Build relationships with families. You'll be in charge of meeting families where they are in the community and sharing information at events, resource fairs, meetups, etc. Your role is critical in making sure more families can get access to care.
  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems, organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Collaborate with CNA students. You'll assist with the selection process of students and accompany and support students as they begin and traverse through their CNA training program.
  • Develop, secure, and maintain the equipment and other instructional materials essential to the Labs and Clinical portion of training.
The Requirements
  • Must have a valid higher education degree from a college, university, and/or institution.
  • Must currently reside in the Denver area and be able to work onsite Monday-Friday.
  • Excellent execution skills. You know how to handle complex and cross-functional initiatives, set goals, optimize workflows, and solve problems to get to your goal.
  • Experience interfacing with different stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
  • Deep empathy, endless tenacity, charisma, and attention to the finest details.
  • Preferred Requirement - Bilingual in Spanish.

Salary Range - $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually
