The Office Manager provides customer service to students, faculty and public who visit or call the Office of Student Affairs. They also help carry out the administrative functions of a unit or department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain coverage of the front desk of the Office of Student Affairs, including greeting all guests, answering main phone line and responding to voicemails, responding to com-osa emails, and receiving mail and packages. Provide administrative support to facilitate COM Office of Student Affairs activities, operations and services, including assisting COM Office of Student Affairs administrative officials/professional staff, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, Assistant Dean of Advising and Career Planning, Learning Specialists and OSA Leads. Maintain Outlook calendar for the Assistant Dean of Advising and Career Planning and the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. Conduct respirator fit tests and white coat fittings for COM students. Set up and maintain coffee, snack, and office supplies. Inform BAA on low inventory. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience comparable to the third level of this series.
