Orthodontic ManagerExciting opportunity for an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator! Our office is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated individual to join our team. The Orthodontic Manager is a critical role for our orthodontic department with a primary focus on customer service, orthodontic consult conversion, case acceptance, and orthodontic revenue growth. The ideal candidate will build strong professional relationships with the general and orthodontic teams, and partner to promote an outstanding patient experience. Excellent customer service and effective communication skills are required. We are committed to delivering an excellent employee experience with opportunities for professional growth for our team members.Job Responsibilities:Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatmentsCalculate and coordinate fees for treatmentPresent cost of service, insurance coverage, and options for paymentsProvide information for third party financingBuild a strong professional relationship with each patient by providing follow up calls and coordination of future orthodontic startsMonitor patient experience and be a primary point of contact for patient inquiries and resolutionsGreet and welcome patients to ensure a positive experienceParticipate and support marketing initiatives to increase recalls and consultationsTrack department performance and strategize when improvement is neededProvide consistent end of day reporting to the Regional ManagerPromote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team cultureQualifications:Minimum 4-5 years of dental front office experienceWarm, friendly, and positive personalityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced knowledge and use of dental terminologyKnowledge of Dental Insurance process, billing, pre authorizations, eligibilityKnowledge of Denti-cal, PPO, and HMO insurancesAbility to present financial arrangementsAbility to proactively address patient concerns and provide resolutions with the assistance of manager support when requiredComputer literate / Dental software programsBenefits:Sick PayHoliday PayVacation PayMedical (including prescriptions)Supplemental vision insuranceComprehensive dental benefitVoluntary supplemental insurance for life, disability, critical illness, and accidentAdvancement opportunities401 (k) planReferral bonus incentive programsBonus PayINDMGR
