Your Responsibilities as the Office Manager As a Glass Doctor Office Manager, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while showing off your solid management skills. This position is Monday-Friday 12pm -5pm no nights or weekends! All major holidays paid and PTO. Here's what you'll do: •Maintain Office schedule- staffing. •Training on use of office systems •Ensure that invoices, timecards, daily and weekly reports are completed and turned in by all team members in a timely and accurately. •Maintain an office inventory of supplies, paper, cups, pens, plates, napkins, paper towels. •Develop and implement ways to improve the function of the company office. •Maintain open lines of communications with management and fellow employees at all times. •Manage, and approve invoices and payments for vendors. •Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity. You'll also be answering phone calls and quickly getting quotes out to customers. Experience with Social Media Marketing is a plus! Job Requirements The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the Office Manager position at Glass Doctor: •Personality suitable for communicating effectively with customers and fellow employees. •Proven track record as a team member and effective communicator. •Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications •Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle. •Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen. •Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time. •Outstanding phone skills. •Professional appearance and personality. •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). •Must be self-motivated, energetic and results oriented. •Must be able to lead by example.
