Our client is a full service printing shop and has been providing the highest quality prints to clients around the country for over 40 years.The office manager would be in charge of assisting with QuickBooks and Accounts Payable, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable, banking, phones, email, inventory.Job RequirementsResponsibilities:- Front Office Management- QuickBooks and Accounts Payable - Invoicing and Accounts Receivable- Banking- Answering phones and assisting customers- Responding to customers via email- Assisting with inventoryQualifications:- Front Office experience preferred- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receiveable- Strong computer knowledge and customer service knowledge- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
