- Oversee the daily operations of the office.
- Manage office staff and delegate tasks.
- Ensure a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to support agency operations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Must have active Property and Casualty license
- Must have active Life and Health license
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
