  • Oversee the daily operations of the office.
  • Manage office staff and delegate tasks.
  • Ensure a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support agency operations.

  • Train and mentor junior staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
  • Must have active Property and Casualty license
  • Must have active Life and Health license
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
