Well-Known Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Office Manager to join its growing team! This person will be based in New York City, but responsible for managing a total of 6 offices across the company. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of applicable hands-on office management experience working for a 50-person firm or larger (open to industry/backgrounds), and a Bachelors degree is required. Ideal candidates should have experience working with landlords, knowledge of computers/computer updates, possess a positive, flexible, no task is too big or small mentality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have zero attitude.
