Our client, a highly successful boutique firm that provides business consulting and executive coaching services to clients from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, is actively recruiting for an exceedingly competent candidate to join its Management team.
This is a diverse and challenging role that will involve overseeing day-to-day business matters including financial management, risk management, contracts, human resources, and other operational and business management functions. We seek an exceedingly sharp and capable go-getter who enjoys a broad-based role.

Key Things to Note:
This Business Manager will be instrumental in ensuring business operations run smoothly so that consultants can focus on client work. Role will report to the Managing Partner and be his deputy. We seek a natural leader who will readily gain the respect of both colleagues and clients.
Duties will include (amongst others):
-----Financial including Invoicing, A/R, Expense Reports, Cash Flow Analyses, and other Analytics and Reports
-----Contracts including Proposals, Statements of Work, Vendor Contracts and Contract Administration
-----Payroll/HR including Onboarding, Payroll Processing, 401-k Administration, Workers Comp, etc.
-----Technology including Equipment Purchasing, New Hire Tech Onboarding, Automation Enhancements, etc.
-----Operations including Purchasing, Vendor Relations, Insurance, and Records Management
Targeted candidate will offer a related degree and 8+ years of operations/administrative experience in a professional services setting. Some Accounting/Bookkeeping bkgd will be important. Experience in a boutique, owner-managed firm is also desired.
