Position Summary

LT Leon Associates is currently seeking to hire a full time Operations Manager to join our team of engineers and technical specialists.

This position requires candidates to demonstrate excellent organization skills, communication skills, and strong collaboration and coordination abilities. As the Operations Manager, you will be in charge of designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to maintain and improve company efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior management to create, implement, and roll out plans to ensure efficiency and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide input in business and strategic planning.
  • Oversee the companys fiscal activity, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Assess overall company financial performance against objectives.
  • Assist with human resource functions, including recruitment, orientation, benefits administration, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement policies and develop improvements.
  • Handle confidential company information and maintain confidentiality with discretion.
  • Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
  • Ensure complete and timely submission of proposals and respond to RFQs and RFPs.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks and Productive
  • Preparation and review of financial statements

About You:

  • Bachelor's or masters degree in accounting, law, business management, finance, engineering, or another relevant field.
  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of fiscal planning, budgeting and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and databases.
