Office Receptionist Fort Fairfield, ME - PT/Days - Temporary Opportunity
Job Description: Immediate opening for a part-time Office Receptionist in Fort Fairfield. Excellent daytime schedule. Previous clerical experience strongly preferred, but not required! Temporary assignment expected to last up to three months. Part-Time/Days; 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday; $15.00 - $16.00/hr. The Office Receptionist will answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage a variety of clerical and data entry duties for the facility. Good communication and customer service skills a must; previous administrative and/or office experience helpful. Applicants should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming phone calls and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Copy and distribute documents and other written materials to all appropriate parties as required.
- Receive and sort incoming mail deliveries. Process outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
- Assist staff with the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and other events.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Collect, review, and file documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies for distribution within the facility. Order new materials as needed.
Job Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy required; must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, desktop computers and other standard office equipment.
- Background check required.
- At least 1-2 years of previous clerical/receptionist experience strongly preferred.
Schedule: Part-Time/Days; 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday
