You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work in and manage a team environment
- Experience in Windows computer applications
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain Life and Health License
