Position Overview Maplewood Insurance Agency looking for a part-time team member to assist our policyholders and team. Available hours range from 6-10 hours/ week. This opportunity can lead to full time work in the future. Qualified applicants should have excellent communication skills, computer competency, be detail-oriented, able to successfully multi- task and work well both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Processing Payments, and bringing the deposit to the bank
- Handling Mail and when needed, bringing items to the post office
- Notarizing documents
- Assisting Account Manager on sales and service activities such as onboarding new policyholders
- Assisting with service requests, billing questions & taking payments
- Meeting with customers when needed in the office for signing documents
- Assisting policyholders with an app-based discount program

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Personal Lines Insurance License (must be able to obtain)
- Must be able to reliability get to and from Maplewood office, bank and post office.
