- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish and work toward sales goals and customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to educate customers and help them choose the best products and services for their specific needs.
- Provide Customer Service & Support to current and new customers.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
