Job Title: Office Services Associate

Location: Century City, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $27-$27.50

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team in Century City. In this role, you will provide consistent, exceptional Client First service to all visitors, clients, and employees of the Firm. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the organization and cleanliness of office spaces, supporting conference and meeting room setups, handling mail and package deliveries, and assisting with various office support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Provide outstanding Client First service to all visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Meeting Room Management: Set up, reset, and refresh conference and meeting rooms for meetings and events.
  • Kitchen and Office Maintenance: Stock and clean kitchens and conference rooms, maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the entire office, and ensure normal functionality of office areas.
  • Office Organization: Maintain the organization of office support areas and arrange visitor and new employee desks and offices.
  • Document Handling: Copy, scan, and assemble documents as requested by staff and attorneys.
  • Supply Management: Organize and distribute office equipment and kitchen supplies, receive and stock supply orders, and clean and stock all printer stations.
  • Dishwasher Duties: Load, unload, and run dishwashers at specified times.
  • Mail and Courier Coordination: Coordinate daily mail and courier service pick-up and drop-off, and handle mail and package deliveries.
  • Facilities Support: Submit maintenance work orders as needed or communicate with the appropriate supervisor to address facilities issues.
  • Reception Coverage: Back up the Receptionist during daily breaks and absences.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in office services, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
