We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an Office Services Clerk at our Los Angeles office. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operations of a dynamic law firm. The Office Services Clerk will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys, paralegals, and staff. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Process log, and distribute incoming/outgoing, US Mail, Federal Express, registered, certified, insured, and express mail/packages.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries,
  • Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, and facsimile machines.
  • Maintain the support services and conference rooms by keeping them clean and tidy, and keeping supplies stocked neatly with easy access for employees.
  • Set up rooms for office activities, interviews, and meetings to include A/V equipment, refreshments (i.e., food and drinks), and meeting supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Experience

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); some college coursework or an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of office or administrative experience, preferably in a law office or legal environment.
  • Able to lift 25lbs – 30lbs.
