Carlton Fields is seeking an Office Services Clerk for its Los Angeles office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Reception coverage - answering very light phones, greeting visitors, maintaining delivery log, validating parking, adding guests to security, reserving conference rooms
  • Document Production Center - copy, scan and print
  • Collecting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
  • Preparing outgoing mail and overnight packages for shipping
  • Stocking office supplies and taking inventory
  • Setting up and cleaning of conference rooms for meetings
  • Records - updating and creating files, locating files
  • Library - updating library materials
  • Supporting tech department re office equipment
  • Preparing check requests for invoices
  • Other office service-related responsibilities upon request
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Ability to work well with others as a team player, multi-task and prioritize work requests
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience
  • Experience in a law firm or other professional organization
  • Knowledge of copiers, printers, faxes and other office equipment
  • Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
The salary range for this role in Los Angeles is $40,000 - $44,000. Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees.
