Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, selected candidates must possess the following: •Working knowledge of office practices and procedures •Knowledge of manual and automated filing systems •Experience typing correspondence and transcribing •Knowledge of Microsoft office software to include Word and Excel •Experience operating a multi-line telephone system •Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of staff •Ability to organize work and make independent work processing decisions Additional Considerations Additional considerations include the following: •Experience in an administrative support position •Experience using word processing software applications Special Instructions You will be provided a confirmation of receipt when your application and/or rsum is submitted successfully.
