Minimum Requirements:

- Eighteen (18) years of age

- One (1) year experience in an office / administrative support position

- Experience and / or training using Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

- Verified Customer service experience

Preferred (not required):

- Advertising and content management experience

- Experience or familiarity with residential and commercial plumbing

Job Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service

- Maintain professional behavior in the workplace

- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, contractors, plumbing technicians, and other staff members on a daily basis, through multiple modes of communication

- Schedule technicians for service calls, remodel projects, new construction plumbing, etc.

- Responsible for marketing / content management on website, Google and Facebook

- File organization

- Proficient typing skills

- Use computers to enter, access and retrieve data

- Use proper punctuation, spelling and grammar

- Meet productivity expectations, organize tasks, and manage time effectively

- Ensure company operates smoothly as a whole

- Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and works well with others

- Any other office duties as needed

Pay / Benefits:

- $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience / qualifications

- Medical, dental and vision available month after start date. Retirement with up to 5% employer match after 90 days. One week of Paid Time Off after 1 year (will increase with longevity). Employer also offers 6 paid holidays and bonus at the end of the year

Hours:

Fulltime - forty (40) hours per week; Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
