Direct Report Registration Manager Employee Profile and Desired Traits • High level emotional intelligence • Active in team dynamics, conflict prevention/resolution, and identifying customer needs • Cheerful attitude and servant leadership disposition • Dedicated customer service and people oriented • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with ability to learn and develop hard and soft skills • Ability to interact with men and women of all ages and maturity levels of staff/customers Duties & Responsibilities • Meet with advisors of groups and individuals upon arrival and review their paperwork, charges, and payments; make arrangements for collection of monies prior to departure dates • Oversee and coordinate the participant check-in activities • Coordinate with Base Camp and medical staff to assist with guest check-ins • Provide cheerful and helpful service to all SBR participants, guests, and staff • Be a resource for all program and operations knowledge • Resolve customer service issues in a thorough and timely manner • Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe working area. • Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership • Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook Qualifications & Training • 18 years of age or older • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills • Solid interpersonal communication abilities • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable learning new software • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service. • Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination • Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America Performance Results • Contribute at least one improvement to registration operations • Reply to all emails within 24 hours within your scope of work Physical Requirements • Up to 1 hour a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and ability to lift 25 lbs. • Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements Uniform Summit staff uniform Housing 10x12' Platform Tent; Staff Camp Expected Weekly Hours 45 - 55
