Position:# Office Supervisor # Clinic Specialty: OB/GYN, BHS, Internal Medicine and Peds Location: Highland, IN## # Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Physician Practices # Recruitment/Physician Practice Network Manager, The Office Supervisor manages the daily operations of the physician office, the office staff, and ensures maximum financial performance. # Education/ Experience Requirements: # High school diploma or GED equivalent required Bachelor#s degree preferred with coursework in health care administration Two years# experience in a lead role and/or managing a physician office strongly preferred Billing, coding, and collections experience Electronic medical records experience Experience in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising Excellent verbal and written communication; excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation Excellent attitude, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities necessary to interact with patients, family members, physicians, and other hospital associates If working in clinical capacity, must maintain required licensure/certification including active CPR certification
