Office Support, Major UniversityProPivotal has teamed up with one of the area's top University's on a role that would help support one of the largest departments on campus! This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently degreed individual to get their start in Higher Education. This individual will support several different professors by scanning and reviewing documents, assisting with research, and generally keeping the department running smoothly.We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong organization skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several different projects at a time. Candidates should have a basic understanding of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Qualifications: - 1 year of previous office experience - but willing to train for the right candidate - A Bachelor's degree is required for this position - Must be able to keep organized in a busy sometimes chaotic environmentAdministrative Assistant I I Responsibilities:- C reating and maintaining program participant trackers related to attendance, demographics, academic outcomes, etc.- Coordinating and assisting logistics for events and workshops- Corresponding with program participants about program activities and deliverable- Maintaining the academic program calendars of eventsVisit our website to learn more about our openings!There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
