Our client seeks a military veteran to manage all office technical support issues for a team of about 70 people. This position entails all the following:Ability to configure and troubleshoot Commercial off the shelf (COTS) Software PCs, mobile devices: smartphones, tablets, printers, and multifunction devices.Must possess an intermediate to advanced level of knowledge working with various Windows, MAC, IOS, and cell phone operating systems software, as well as intermediate foundational knowledge of physical, network and application tools. - Must be able to interact with management and technicians- Possess excellent customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines.- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and telephone mannerism.- Working closely with users to resolve problems - 2-3 years' experience supporting network and user requests for support.- 2-3 years' minimum experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 applicationsSalary DOE and benefits.
