Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tenant Representation Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in representing tenants to secure optimal leasing agreements. The Tenant Representation Broker will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the entire leasing process from site selection to lease execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their space requirements, business goals, and long-term objectives.
    • Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and lease structures.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties that meet client needs.
    • Analyze market trends, property values, and lease rates to provide clients with accurate and strategic recommendations.
  • Property Search and Evaluation:

    • Identify and tour potential properties with clients, providing detailed assessments and comparisons.
    • Assist clients in evaluating property options, including location, amenities, and lease terms.
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring:

    • Lead lease negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
    • Collaborate with landlords, property managers, and legal teams to structure and finalize lease agreements.
  • Transaction Management:

    • Oversee the entire lease transaction process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all necessary documents and agreements.
    • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the transaction.
  • Client Advocacy:

    • Act as a client advocate throughout the leasing process, ensuring their best interests are represented.
    • Provide ongoing support and follow-up after lease execution to address any post-occupancy issues.
  • Networking and Business Development:

    • Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, including property owners, landlords, and fellow brokers.
    • Participate in industry events and activities to enhance company visibility and generate new business opportunities.
