Utilizing our state-of-the-art equipment we excel in the simplest straight cut to the most intricate die-cut shapes, including highly accurate CNC cutting.

• To remove and mark finished goods; and scrap foam from Baumer.
• At the beginning of each shift, move empty flats to end of conveyor lines.
• Unload any leftover foam block left on conveyors.
• Make stencils for marking on finished foam and label-finished units with the correct stencil or tag according to shipping orders.
• Remove scrap from the end of the buns as it is cut off and place in scrap buggy.
• Remove scrap buggies that are full and bring back empties.
• Take finished units to the next operation or to the shipping area.
• Perform other duties as requested
• Practice good safety techniques
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in production area
• Ensure parts are labeled properly for the moving of materials through the area..

• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to do simple math (add, subtract, divide, and multiply) and use a tape measure
• Must be able to read and understand orders and spec sheets.
• At least 3 months experience as a material handler preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends if necessary.
• Must be able to perform other duties as deemed by management
