Offshore Clerk will work with construction supervision to accurately track personnel on and off of Flotel. This position will report to the Flotel PIC. Requirements

  • Ensure Morning and Evening Transfer list is accurate before transfer.
  • Identifying Day and Night Shift workers.
  • Identifying Personnel for the core construction crew and when they crew change.
  • Identifying personnel for the noncore construction crew and when they need to come out and go in.
  • Provide clerical support as needed.
  • Provide the Flotel PIC with support during transfers to and from the vessel.
  • Checking for proper PPE during transfer.
  • Checking name to and from the platform during transfer.
  • Attend/host morning and evening pretransfer meetings with the Construction crews.
  • Attend meetings with the asset offshore leadership team.
  • Taking proactive approach to safety on the job site.
  • Keep management aware of any daily problems or anticipated problems with the project.
  • Set up flights to and from the flotel for crew change and/or medivac.
  • Crew/POB management in Helipass.
  • Ensure transfer permit is live and printed before the morning transfer.
  • Assist boat crew/PIC with tasks when needed.
  • Maintain daily personnel report and submit to leadership team daily.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an offshore work environment.
  • Computer and reporting skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Outlook)
  • HUET (Helicopter Underwater Egress Training)
  • Valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
  • Safe Gulf
  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Training / AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Training
  • First Aid Training / BBP (Blood borne Pathogen) Training
  • SEMS (Safety and Environmental Management System) Training
