Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education. Arthrex Inc. is actively searching for a Lab Operations Associate - Offsite to provide technical oversight for all offsite lab endeavors to achieve an optimal continuity amongst all Arthrex labs. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. A High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse is required for this position, Arthrex experience preffered. We are also offering a $2,000.00 sign on bonus (minus appropriate tax withholdings), You will be paid the $2,000.00 bonus on the first pay period after you start your employment at Arthrex.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be onsite when available to coordinate all industry/tradeshow workshops.
  • Assist in managing both equipment and shipping requirements with Corporate at attended events.
  • Assist in all department efforts to maximize productivity, efficiency, and stature at all events to show Arthrex as the leader in the marketplace.
  • Assist agencies to educate and facilitate their labs in an effort to duplicate the Arthrex experience. Prove Arthrex to be a true partner in attaining success.
  • Assist in the coordination of the roadshow program. Responsibilities include the potential overseeing of all logistics regarding equipment, location, shipments, and personnel.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time required.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse required, Arthrex experience preffered.
  • BS in Management or Bio-Medical Sciences preferred.
  • Experience in the orthopedic industry preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Able to show progression towards an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures. Ability to assist in building/improving a lab. Ability to logistically manage a lab environment independently as well as teaching these skills to others.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PCs and have a command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word plus any additional communications equipment as needed.

The employee must occasionally assist in moving large rolling freight cases at Offsite venues. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs.
