Arthrex Inc. is actively searching for a Lab Operations Associate - Offsite to provide technical oversight for all offsite lab endeavors to achieve an optimal continuity amongst all Arthrex labs. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. A High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse is required for this position, Arthrex experience preffered. We are also offering a $2,000.00 sign on bonus (minus appropriate tax withholdings), You will be paid the $2,000.00 bonus on the first pay period after you start your employment at Arthrex.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Able to show progression towards an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures. Ability to assist in building/improving a lab. Ability to logistically manage a lab environment independently as well as teaching these skills to others.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PCs and have a command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word plus any additional communications equipment as needed.
