Location: Zanesville,OH, USA
RN will provide Home Health Hospice care throughout a 5-6 county region (Muskingum, Perry, etc, counties). EPIC EMR utilized. Night shift. 30 hours/week (considered full-time and eligible for all benefits).
Requirements include OH RN license (or Compact license), at least one full year of acute care or Home Health experience, active BLS and valid Ohio's driver's license.
New hires that have already obtained their BSN are paid an additional ***/hr premium on-top of base pay.
