  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement corporate strategy.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in implementing the OKR systems and track strategic goals.
  • Ensure the OKR alignment of strategies across all departments and with the headquarter in Germany.
Project Management
  • Lead and coordinate special projects related to OKR strategic initiatives.
  • Implement and oversee project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Develop and improve OKR processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Communication
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ability to train and coach employees at all levels on OKR best practices.
  • Facilitate clear and constant communication within the team and across departments.
  • Provide engaging and motivational explanations of strategy implementation to all levels of the organization.
Industry Focus
  • Stay attuned to the needs and trends of the U.S. construction industry.
  • Support the development and introduction of sales strategies tailored to the UV-CIPP market.
  • Integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of strategy and project management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Has an OKR proven track record in strategy development and implementation, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Extensive experience with the OKR methodology and the ability to champion its adoption throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
  • Experience in performance management and goal-setting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging manner.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with change management.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices in the construction industry is a plus.
