Overview:
Assist Event Supervisor with the execution and coordination of events that will benefit Loon Mountain by adding value for guests. Loon is a customer-focused organization, so a crucial part of each employees job is to get and keep guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provides superior service to our customers (internal and external) by following Resort Etiquette Guidelines while interacting with guests. Respond to all guests and employees in a courteous, efficient manner.
- Support with set-up and breakdown of each event site as needed.
- Assist with registration and the organization of enrolling participants.
- Give excellent guest service and ability to inform event details to general public.
- Assist Event Supervisor with the development and promotion of events.
- Communicate with Mountain Operations, Bike Patrol and other resort staff in order to help execute event.
- Control event arena entrances and/or exits.
- Organize event registration Release of Liability forms.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
