Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio tools. Customize OmniStudio applications to meet business requirements. Integrate OmniStudio solutions with other Salesforce modules. Perform unit testing and code reviews. Collaborate with the development team to ensure solutions are scalable and efficient. Provide technical support and troubleshooting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with specific experience in OmniStudio. Proven experience with Salesforce solutions including intake, investigation, assessment, service planning, case management, reporting, resource management, and financial management. Salesforce OmniStudio certification is a plus. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
