Job Summary:
Job Title: OMS Lead -Java /IBM Sterling
We are seeking a highly skilled Sterling OMS POD Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java and IBM Sterling with a background in Finance & Accounting being a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities.
* Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business goals.
* Provide technical expertise in Java and IBM Sterling to support project requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize business strategies.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Support the finance and accounting teams with domain-specific insights.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcom
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for the position is between $ 88,690- $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
