The Spatial Computing Lab has specific technical needs consisting of machine upkeep/troubleshooting & software imaging processes, plus provide basic technical work on systems and provide end user support.See the Position Description for additional information.Conditions of Employment

Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED;at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud's suite of programs
- Experience with operating system utilities programs and configuration options
- Understanding of computer networking components/wiring and using Active Directory
- Previous experience providing technical end user support
- Knowledge/Understanding of computer programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Perl, R, Ruby, etc.)
