This includes administering medications, addressing pain or other distressing symptoms, and coordinating with other healthcare providers.2. **Family Support**: Offers emotional support and guidance to patients' families, helping them understand the care plan, manage end-of-life issues, and cope with grief and caregiving challenges.3. **Emergency Response**: Responds to urgent situations or crises that may arise outside of regular office hours, providing immediate care and deciding when to escalate issues or adjust care plans.4. **Documentation and Coordination**: Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, communicates with the hospice care team, and ensures that care plans are followed and any changes are documented and communicated effectively.Skills you need:
