Position SummaryWe are seeking
On-Call Staffing Coordinators to join our coordination team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our caregivers deliver exceptional care to our clients through effective scheduling, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule staff based on home care patients' needs and preferences.
- Manage a caseload of 75-90 patients, ensuring proper aide assignment and coverage.
- Document and report any changes in client status, service requirements, aide assignments, incidents, and complaints to supervisors.
- Perform daily follow-ups with aides to ensure time and attendance are reviewed and processed.
- Complete EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) exceptions daily.
- Efficiently manage time and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively and follow up with caregivers, clients, and families.
- Available for morning and evening shifts.
Qualifications- Familiarity with NYS DOH Home Care operations is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a home care or healthcare setting, specifically in staffing or scheduling.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a customer service-focused approach.
