About the Company - OrthoLive is one of the fastest growing Healthcare Companies within the Industrial Athletic Training setting. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Athletic Trainer to join our team and provide on-site injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for employees working in industrial settings. Contracts last between 1-3 years with the opportunity to move to a new location at the end of the contract. The Industrial Athletic Trainer plays a critical role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment and ensuring the well-being of employees in physically demanding and potentially hazardous work environments.
About the Role - Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training
- Required: Certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) from the Board of Certification (BOC)
- Conduct on-site assessments of workplace injuries
- Provide immediate care & first aid treatment for work-related injuries/illnesses
- Evaluate & treat musculoskeletal injuries through OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals through our virtual platform
- Educate employees on proper body mechanics, ergonomics, & injury prevention
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of injury assessments, treatment plans, & progress notes
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, & regulations related to industrial athletic training and occupational health
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Athletic Trainer (OrthoLive will reimburse for any new state licenses needed)
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, injury assessment, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to travel to various worksites and remote locations as needed
Schedule - Monday - Friday (40 Hours), Schedule Varies (4-10 Hour Days Or 5-8 Hour Days) -Potential Overtime
Pay range and compensation package - $65,000-$100,000
Job Locations - Las Vegas, NV - Parker AZ - Fairbanks IN - Terra Bella CA (RELOCATION REQUIRED)
