HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ONSITE COORDINATORAccurate Personnel is currently seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our team The ideal candidate for the Onsite Coordinator position is familiar with the staffing industry and has a proven track record of recruiting, screening, and placing qualified applicants. The Onsite Coordinator will spend the majority of days doing client site check-ins and working together with client management staff to resolve any issues. If you are interested in promoting our brand and engaging with our clients, we strongly encourage you to apply!Pay, Schedule, and LocationStarting between $18 to $22/hour, paid weekly(Salary range based on experience)Duties and ResponsibilitiesFacilitates client specific processes or requests (i.e. orientations)An aptitude for foreseeing client's needs to ensure prepared candidate poolCultivate a positive working environmentCorrespond with payroll and management for reporting and submittalsTrack time and attendance of temporary employees using onsite timekeeping systemCommunicates to branch on staffing needs/volumeActs as the first level of conflict resolution for any onsite issueEnsures that both the client and Accurate are compliant with safety regulationsRequirements and Qualifications1 year of previous Onsite Coordinator or equivalent supervisory experience1 to 2 years of experience within staffing industry is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational abilities and enjoy problem-solvingExperience with Avionte BOLD is a plusABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELEverybody needs to work, but turning that work into a rewarding career is what separates Accurate Personnel from any other job.
