BRIGS LLC, a premier full-service property management company, is seeking an on-site maintenance superintendent. Candidate must have maintenance knowledge to include basic carpentry, electric, plumbing, etc.

1. Perform routine maintenance inspections of common areas and facilities – including trash on each floor

2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management.

3. Ensure proper functioning of building systems such as elevators and fire alarms.

4. Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas, including sidewalks and park lot.

5. Perform landscaping duties as needed, for watering plants, no grass lawn at property and snow removal.

6. Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

7. Assist with move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring units are in good condition.

8. Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.

9. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents and staff.

10. Perform routine maintenance inspections of common areas and facilities.

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or two years' experience in a relevant field
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Must have dependable vehicle & driver's license to get to and from work, as well as trips to hardware store
• Maintains a daily log of completed tasks
• Must be able to communicate with residents, vendors, and management in a professional manner
• Must be computer literate and be able to use computer-based program to create and track work orders

Work hours: The building Superintendent is expected to be on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. There is a possibility for on-call hours.

This position pays: Commensurate with Experience

Salary: $36.00 - $43.00 per hour
