Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Bi-Lingual On-Site Supervisor in Carlisle, PA. This position is a long term, part time opportunity. Hours are 9pm to 2am, Monday through Thursday. Additoinal hours may be available. Responsibilities for this Onsite Supervisor include: Supports the Client Program Manager, Branch Manager and/or Area Manager to ensure reporting and administrative tasks are completed dailyEnsuring full compliance on all Adecco policies and proceduresProvides accurate, timely and complete daily performance analysesEnsures high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Adecco's position as provider of the highest quality service to customersBecomes familiar with managers and their areas of responsibilityWorks on site and promotes communication with the clientsAble to set own priorities, schedule days events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentationsMust have working knowledge of labor and employment lawsAble to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAble to handle multiple problems simultaneouslyMust have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skillsAble to continuously improve processes and proceduresEnsures Adecco compliance to customer contracts Qualifications: 1 - 2 years experience in a customer service - provider environment that requires self-management and detailed reportingAble to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, English and Spanish.
