**The Inventory Management Rep would maintain and strengthen customer relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. Our ideal candidate will have a good attitude and strong work ethic, in addition to exposure to fastener products and customer service.**

****ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBITLIES** include the following and all other duties assigned:**

**On a daily basis, the Onsite Customer Account Manager will mainly be responsible for the following:**

* **Stocking of customer bins for managed inventory program;**

* **Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace;**

* **Maintaining company equipment onsite;**

* **Communicating customer product usage and needs to purchasing department;**

* **Maintaining product lot information and rotating stock;**

* **Communicating changes in customer production or requirements to operations team;**

* **Reviewing and expediting open customer orders;**

* **Working with Quality Control department on approvals and rejected product;**

* **Coordinating the resolution of customer issues with sales and accounting departments;**

* **Assisting in the draft and presentation of the Continuous Improvement Review with customers;**

* **Maintain compliance with Wurth House of Threads Business Management System (ISO).**

* **Other duties as assigned.**

****QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:****

* **High school diploma or equivalent required**

* **Basic knowledge of fasteners, tools and MRO supplies**

* **3+ years experience in an industrial warehousing or customer service role**

* **High attention to detail, e.g., in utilizing computer software, in self-monitoring the completion of daily tasks, and in customer follow-through**

* **Professional demeanor and appearance**

* **Excellent verbal and oral communication, e.g., in discussing part specifications with the customer**

* **Accountability in problem solving; initiative in resolving customer issues**

* **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to become proficient in Company integrated database systems**

* **Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis**

* **Availability to work overtime as needed**

* **Valid driver's license**

* **Ability to pass drug and background screening**
