OnBase Administrator needed for a Contract to Hire opportunity with SOC's client to work hybrid in Santa Ana, CA.
Our client is seeking an experienced OnBase Administrator to manage and maintain their enterprise content management system (ECM). The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in OnBase administration, ensuring efficient system operation, troubleshooting issues, and implementing upgrades and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize the OnBase system to ensure continuous availability and peak performance.
* User Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure user satisfaction.
* Workflow Development: Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and processes in OnBase to enhance business operations.
* Upgrades and Maintenance: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance to ensure system stability.
* Security: Manage system security, user permissions, and access controls, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
* Integration: Work with IT and business teams to integrate OnBase with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
* Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configuration, workflows, and processes.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Hyland OnBase ECM system.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, OnBase API, workflow design, and integration with third-party systems.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address system issues and improve performance.
* Certifications: OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) or equivalent certification preferred.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and end-users.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
