About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Employee Onboarding & Learning Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will facilitate and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You'll support a positive work environment and the professional growth of employees, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure live virtual, and in-person delivery and implementation of learning experiences in alignment with business goals and company values.
- The role involves both in-person and virtual onboarding, sometimes simultaneously.
- Experience in learning and development, HR, talent management or related fields required to be successful.
- Experience in a corporate environment or adaptable backgrounds such as employee experience or DEI roles.
- Ability to track learners, send follow-up surveys, and draft communications.
- Coordination with the enterprise-wide onboarding team.
- Strong organizing skills, program management skills and ability to manage multiple development projects.
- Experience delivering learning programs to Product and Engineering client groups.
Required Skills:
Learning design skills, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Growth mindset, Knowledge of Generative AI skills for work productivity.
- 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, enablement, or another adjacent field.
- Facilitation and Training: Deliver engaging learning experiences both in-person and virtually.
- Content Expertise: Quickly ramp-up and effectively deliver Talent Development program content to employees.
- Adaptable Mindset: Handle situations with resilience and positivity.
- Effective Communication: Connect with learners through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business Acumen: Align learning moments with the organization's priorities and strategy.
- Collaboration Skills: Work seamlessly with other facilitators and program managers.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, Talent Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
