Job PurposeThe Onboarding and Manpower Sr Specialist is responsible for developing, directing, managing, evaluating, and overseeing activities and services associated with onboarding new associates to our center, building a robust and engaging program. Role includes the establishment of manpower and onboarding strategies through understanding the center's resource requirements including diversity targets, succession planning and career mapping.
The role will represent Honda and Purchasing and Supply Chain Center (PSCC) in relevant networks, forums, and events related to new hire orientation/onboarding. Consider input for key stakeholders, propose the best direction considering target requirements and ensure program goals align with organizational direction, performing PDCA (plan, do, check, and action) where applicable. Effectively manage team level projects, reporting plan vs actual.
