Job Summary- Plans, coordinates, and manages the onboarding portion for internal team member at each McKennan location. Works as a liaison between groups of Environmental Services team members and educational operations within the hospital. The Onboarding Coordinator's role is to provide an outstanding onboarding and growth experience.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - Associate's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Three years related experience in a similar role and/or within the hospitality industry preferred.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS: - This position requires a valid driver's license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.
Work Schedule- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
PayThe hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
