Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new accounts for Private Investors, ensuring accuracy and timely release for trading.
- Reviewing and validating client information, management details, restriction data, and billing information for new accounts.
- Performing ongoing maintenance of existing accounts to reflect client or account-level changes.
- Reviewing and approving client contracts for portfolio management.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to compliance standards.
- Utilizing tools such as Aladdin and Fiserv APL to process and maintain account data.
- Conducting detailed research and analysis to validate account setups and resolve discrepancies.
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Ensuring all account-related processes are aligned with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Providing support for special projects and working overtime as needed.
